UFM verification method (VCS)

I am using Quoartus Prime Lite Edition(Ver 17.0). 

I am trying to verify Max10 Altera on-chip-flash with VCS. but I can not verify it because there is no file below.  quartus/eda/sim_lib/synopsys/fiftfivenm_atoms_ncrypt.v  How can I get it?  Can I use it in the Lite Edition ?

when I generate on-chip flash using Quartus,VCS setup file is automatically generated. 

Simulation/synopsys/vcs/vcs_setup.sh there are the following description in VCS setup file/ -v $QUARTUS_INSTALL_DIR/eda/sim_lib/sysnopsys/fiftyfivenm_atoms_ncrypt.v it is not in Quartus install disk.
