Unable to create a project with a function "Intel FPGA IOPLL" - compilation error with Quartus Pro Edition 17.1.0

Hello.

I have faced the next problem:

I work with Quartus Pro Edition 17.1.0 Build 240 10/25/2017 SJ (device 10CX220YF780E5G) - to program Intel Cyclon 10 GX FPGA.

I'm unable to create a project with function "Intel FPGA IOPLL"

I get a compilation error on a stage Fitter-Router (see attached screenshot Error_Compilation.png).

I'll be very appreciative if you get me some advice how the problem can be workarounded.

The project file is attached.

Hi, as per the KDB below, it seems to be problem with Quartus Prime and you need to install the Intel® Arria® 10 device family.
