I am trying to download a Design Store design.
But, I get the message that my request is rejected. Why?

May I know which design are you trying to download?
Could you share the link and details?
Try to enable cookies in your browser and clear your browser data cache.
And try using a different browser/incognito. See if the issue persists.
If only a specific design cant be download, my best guess is that it might have be discontinued.
