Hi Community,

I would like to know what steps do I need to take in order to easily migrate my design from  EP1K30TI144-2 FPGA to something currently in production such as the Cyclone II or Max10

FPGA .

Regards

Hello,

  1. Download Quartus standard(no need license)
  2. port your original design into MAX10
  3. re-assigned all the IO pins
  4. re-compile design
  5. make sure all timing are closed
  6. design migration process complete

Notes: You may need to have new board layout as the pin locations not same.

MAX10 is guaranteed to be available for the next 10years until 2035.
