Dear Supplier,

Good day. Please CONFIRM if your products LIFE CYCLE are still VALID or ACTIVE and provide life cycle for those parts with NO DATA (if there's any) in Column F.
If it will be easier for you, you may answer our survey using the family, series and/or package type of the components you supply to us.

NOTE:

The purpose of the Component Life Cycle (CLC) Survey is to understand the remaining life of the component that will be used by Artesyn primarily for:

1. BOM Design during New Product development.

2. Making alternate proposals for multi sourcing in the BOM during New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production stage to improve the supply chain of the product.

3. Emphasis must be given on the accuracy of the remaining years to EOL for each component such that an authorized and competent representative must handle the response to the survey to avoid possible repercussions due to erroneous data.

4. For any component going End-of-Life (EOL), the supplier shall issue a Product Termination Notice/Process Change Notification (PTN/PCN) to the PCN coordinator (enp-pcn@aei.com) 6 months prior the EOL effectivity date.

5. We would consider to use the current data in our system should you have no concerns/feedback raised after 30 days with Remarks Non Responsive Supplier.

Thank you for contacting Intel community.

Generally, we are not helping the customer to fill in the information based on customer request format if those require information can be obtain from our website.

For your information, Max V device family is still active and available. Anyhow, the life cycle is depending on its order volume.
