Hello community,

I've a question about this warning:

`Warning (18576): The transceivers with supply "VCCT_GXB" on the left HSSI strip use "1.03V". The default voltage for unused HSSI channel(s) has been overridden by "1.03V".`

The Transceivervoltage is set to 1.00V at these files:
- QSF file
- set_instance_assignment -name XCVR_VCCR_VCCT_VOLTAGE 1_0V -to pcie_tx_o[3]
- ... and so on...
- qsys files (transceiver)

Questions:
1. What causes this? Why is there a setback from 1.00V to 1.03V?
2. Is there a detailed explanation for this warning anywhre?
