Hi
I have some old bespoke equipment that includes this device, and this component has failed on a few units, so I'd like to replace the device & copy the configuration over from a good unit. I have no idea if they have been copy protected but am willing to gamble and buy a cheap compatible downloader like a USB blaster to find out. Trouble is, I can't find any mention of ispMACH in the supported devices of either the USB blaster or Quartus. What do I need in order to read/program these using the supplied in-circuit JTAG connector? ThanksLink Copied

Alhough CPLD programming algorithms should be portable between JTAG programming tools, it would be easier to use the Lattice ispVM programming software and a supported programming adapter.

You know you are replying to a thread that is 9 years old, right?
That being said, if you have ispMACH devices to program you should visit the vendor's site (Lattice).
Altera/Intel is not going to provide you any relevant solutions.
