What is the data retention spec for MAX10 for temperature < 85°C?

MAX 10 (10M16SCU169I7G) datasheet gives 20 years data retention for 85°C, but is 20 years the maximum data retention time even if temperature is below 85°C? what could be the temperature for a data retention of 30 years ?

I do not have CNDA with intel. If this question needs a CNDA to be answered, how can i do to creat a CNDA?
