Hello,

Tell me about the Internal Weak Pull-Up of cyclone10LP.
For before and during configuration, is weak pull-up enabled regardless of the weak pull-up resistor setting?

Hi,

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/documentation/sxm1481253171919.html#btb1489040997115

"The user I/O pins and dual-purpose I/O pins have weak pull-up resistors, which are always enabled (after POR) before and during configuration."

Pull-up resistor is disabled by default in user mode.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/documentation/sxm1481253171919.html#vop1488428759003, Table 31

Value of pull-up resistor depends upon VCCIO voltage.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/documentation/egg1487191218630.html#bcq1487191162213.

See R_PU  value in Table 11.
