can we use any other interface inplace of uart for transmiting data to the UFM memory of the FPGA (MAX10)

Hi,

 

I am using a MAX10 FPGA in my project. I need to know whether we can use any other serial interface other than UART for transmiting the data.

Yes , definitely you can use other interface such as Ethernet etc ...But you have to write your own application on PC side to flash to the Max 10.
