Hi,
FMC interface is provided by a number of FPGA evaluation boards. AD-FMCCOMMS3-EBZ design examples are using Xilinx boards, but as FMC pin assignment is ANSI standard, the board should also work with Intel boards that support the required features.

Hi,
I didn't look into the example project details, apparently it involves FPGA and embedded processor application parts. It should be possible to port it to Quartus and NIOS V soft processor (presume your dev kit has no hardware processor).
There are also other SDR projects using Intel FPGA, don't know if you'll find AD9361 related code.

Have you got the chance to follow the suggestions from FvM? Does it solve your issue?
