In reviewing the data sheet for the 1SX280LN2F43I2LG I see specification table 34 that lists the min and max forward voltage of the thermdiode. I assume min is -40C and max is max Junction temperature. Could you please confirm that information. It would also be helpful to have a curve of the forward voltage versus temperature using 12uA, 60 uA, and 120 uA source current.

Table 34 is listing the parameter range of the diode to be connected with the min and max value per each parameter. For the V-I curve, you can request it from the supplier.
