nios2-download failed

Hi, 

I'm using NIOS II SBT 10.1 sp1. 

After executing nios2-download I get an error. The return code is 129. 

The download itself succeeds but launching afterwards fails. 

Does any one know what is return code 129? 

Do you know of a resource which describe the various return codes?
