The .sof file can program and work well, but the .jic file that in JTAG chain shows successful can't work.
This PCB has been cured successfully before and can work normally. The only difference is that the JTAG downloader has been replaced.
The boards with the same hardware are still the same problem.
The FPGA is EP4CEF15I7N. And the FLASH is EPCS16.

You need to provide more specific info on your configuration and problem if you want any useful help.
What version of Quartus? What OS?
What do you mean by 'JTAG downloader has been replaced'?
What do you mean by '.jic file shows successful (but) can't work'?

THANKS for your reply.
Quartus 14.1,WINDOWS 10.
Compared to the previous successful download, only the JTAG downloader has been changed.
The process of the Programmer interface shows success. But restarting the power is still the old program.
Take another new PCB board with the same hardware and there will be no program.

Hi,
By ' JTAG downloader has been changed' do you mean the USB blaster cable is replace?
Any error shown? What do you mean by 'restarting the power is still the old program.'?
Regards,
Aiman
