referring to my previous post, please let me add a strange condition

Chcking with oscilloscope the signal DATA0, after programming EPCS64 (with no errors), when I power-on the bord DATA0 stay to value between 1V.

I tryed to understand if this pin is set as general IO, but I ws not able to find where it is set (quartus 13).

could you please help me?

Hi,

 

By default it will be tri-stated.

You can find the option from

Go to "Project navigator" -> right Click on the Device part-number->Select the "Device"->Click on "Devices and Pin Options" ->Under category go to "Dual Purpose-pins".

 

Are you using development kit or custom board?

What problem exactly are you facing during power-on?

Check the pull up resistors.
