Different package have different maximum support number of DDR. You may use this EMIF Device Selector tools and this tool assist you in selecting a Stratix 10 device based on your memory interface/bandwidth requirements.
To download this EMIF Device Selector, you may go to this EMIF Homepage > 1. Device Selection > Download EMIF Device Selector (see below screenshot).
