usb blaster is not recognized by Quartus II (13.1 version)

I´m having issues with the usb blaster. I´ve already disabled the driver signature verification in my windows 10 but it still doesn´t  work. I tried to search for solutions in youtube but all of them said that i have to install an usb driver, but i don´t know where is located in my laptop.
