Hi ,

The below link is the supported official flash support from Intel for Cyclone V.

The above device (MT41K256M16TW-107 ) is not tested/characterized from the Intel.

hi

MT41K256M16TW-107 is DDR not flash , and the suported list of DDRs is not relevent since the divecs are obsolete

o s please again , can anyone recommand of valid DDR to work with Cyclon V?

Hi ,

Apology for the confusion, from Intel there is not recommendation for the vendor part number selection for EMIF memory (DDR). But you can have a EMIF specification estimator tool and can compare with DDR specification.

Kindly find the link for the tool.
