Я купил ноутбук в который интегрирована технология Rapid. Когда я активировал эту программу то у меня исчез HDD, точнее физически он есть,но доступа к нему нет и в проводнике он не отображается. как все вернуть на исходную?

мгорк, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support. Just to let you know, we only provide support in English language and currently, we are using a translation tool. Just to let you know, there are some users that also reported this same behavior, it seems that what is happening is that the computer gives you the option to create a recovery disk and if you agree to do that the HDD will disappear as it happened in this case. Once the computer has been placed as recovery, the Intel® Rapid Storage does not have a way to undo these changes and the information that was stored in there will be lost. As an option, we can always try the following steps to disable the recovery disk and to start the RAID from scratch: 1. Restart the PC and access to CTRL - i menu, to do that press and hold the Ctrl key and tap the "i" key several times when the PC is starting up to access the menu. 2. Once you do that you will be able to see the status of the disks, reset disks to "Non-RAID Disk" 3. If for some reason the Ctrl - i does not work, then it is possible that the shortcut to access that menu on your computer is different, in that case, the next thing to do will be to get in contact with the manufacturer of the computer for them to provide the correct shortcut or a possible option in the BIOS. 4. Once you set the drives to "Non-RAID Disk" you will be able to access a regular Operating System partition to set the computer back to factory settings. If the problem persists after trying the steps above, then the next thing to do will be to get in contact directly with the manufacturer of the laptop for further technical assistance on this subject. I opened them and they appeared I opened them and they appeared. But you cannot remove them from the storage section.

In reference to your inquiry, if the HDD appeared now then it means that the problem is not related to the Intel® RST application anymore. So, in this case, the next thing to do will be to get in contact directly with the manufacturer of the laptop since they installed all the applications and customized all of the features in the computer, they will be able to provide further technical assistance on this topic.
