Hello, I want to accelerate a 2TB drive with a 120 GB SSD. I've enabled the SSD drive to be used as the acceleration drive. However when i select the 2TB drive to accelerated I get the error of the title.
Right now I'm using 15.9 drivers and the chipset is the z68. All of this is under Windows 7 professional.
I've attached a system report of my computer. If you need any more information let me know.

Thank you very much for contacting the Intel Communities Team, ielillo. I will be more than happy to assist you.
I would like to start by mentioning that Intel® Rapid Storage Technology uses Intel® Smart Response to accelerate an HDD with an SSD. This technology is not being supported in newer versions of Intel® Rapid Storage Technology. Please try installing the 14.8 version. Here is the download link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/25165/eng/SetupRST.zip https://downloadmirror.intel.com/25165/eng/SetupRST.zip
Furthermore, please make sure you are following these steps to accelerate your HDD: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005501/boards-and-kits.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005501/boards-and-kits.html

Thank you for your prompt reply, ielillo.
Can you please try with the 11.7 version? Here is the download link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/22194/a08/iata_cd.exe https://downloadmirror.intel.com/22194/a08/iata_cd.exe
Uninstall the previous version, restart, install the 11.7 one and, let us know how it goes.

Thank you for your reply, ielillo.
Can you please share with me a screenshot of the Windows* Disk Management.
Additionally, please share with me Intel® Rapid Storage Technology report with the 11.7 version. In order to generate it, please follow these steps: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000006351/technologies.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000006351/technologies.html

Thank you for the report, ielillo.
By checking the files attached, I can see that the SSD drive you have installed it is on a RAID 0 array. I order to accelerate your HDD, the SSD should not be in a RAID array. Please delete the array and try to accelerate the disk.
Please be aware that by deleting the array data will be lost. Make sure you create a back up of your files.

The raid is being created when I enable the acceleration. So I do not believe that is the issue. The other clue I can give is that I have second hard drive that has 1 TB and I can enable acceleration on that drive. In other question, have you checked the error code in the title and what does it means?
I have uploaded the system info with the raid disabled.
Hello:
I have not set up a raid between the SSD disk and any other disk. The RAID is created automatically when I enable the acceleration. I have uploaded pictures of the process of enabling the acceleration for the 1TB drive. There is a picture for the system before I enable the acceleration, the parameters of the acceleration and the system after the acceleration.
Also I wanted to know if you had any luck with the error code in the title?
Thank you very much for the attachments, ielillo.
It is really good to hear that you are able to accelerate you HDD now.
I have not been able to find the exact meaning of this error code. I will research deeper into it in order to provide you with a response as soon as possible.

Thank you for your response, ielillo.
In order to accelerate the 2TB disk, you need to stop the acceleration on the 1TB disk and perform the same process on your other disk. The SSD should not be in an array.
Then, the error that you received is basically related to disk acceleration, when a disk could not be accelerated.
