I am looking for the RSTCLI tools for version 14.5 drivers, but the latest version I can find in the Intel Download Center is for driver version 13.2
Are the RSTCLI tools available for driver version 14.5? If so where can I find them?

Hello, DanM:
Thank you for contating the Intel Communities.
In this case, I would like to inform you that the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) Command Line Interface (CLI) is available in Intel(R) Rapid Storage 13.2 or earlier.
In order to get the CLI working, it would be required to have Intel® RST 13.2 installed in your system.
13.2 CLI: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24310/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Intel-RST-Command-Line-Interface-CLI https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24310/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Intel-RST-Command-Line-Interface-CLI-

Hi,
In the production release notes for version 14.5 in note 5 it suggests there is a RSTCLI tool for this version of the driver

Hello, DanM:
Thank you for the information provided regarding this (release notes).
I would like to gather some additional information about your system so I can be aware of the different components and drivers that are installed in your computer.
To get this, you can simply access the link below, download the utility and then attach the report exported from the tool/utility in your answer.
Intel® System Support Utility: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
As of now, the Intel(R) Rapid Storage version 14.5.0.1081 is available for D54250WY/D34010WY NUCs so I just want to double check if one of this is the system you are using or not.
I will be getting the release notes reviewed, to get a clearer understanding of why that is there (CLI mentioned).
I will keep you posted.

Esteban C

Hi,
We are not using those models of Intel NUC PCs.
In our case we are using the RST CLI tool to set up SSD acceleration of mechanical HDDs, in a SCCM deployment Task Sequence that supports the models of PC we deploy.
To support newer models we have updated our SCCM boot media and are now using the newer 14.5 driver. Usually when we update the driver we acquire the matching RSTCLI tool to use with it, for configuring the models that require acceleration. Ideally would like to be able to use the same SCCM boot media for all models.

Hi, since this tool has been broken for 2 years, I made a workaround that might help.
Please keep in mind: This simply allows you use the 13.2 utility with later versions of RST. While some things work correctly, it is very likely that some things won't, and doing some things could be dangerous.
Make a 1 byte change in rstcli64.exe at offset 0x75FE1.
This changes the condition of this jump. Alternatively, you can make it unconditional.
The simple way to do this is to use a hex editor. At offset 0x75FE1, change "85" to "84".
I have been able to do the things I needed with this old version of the CLI, but I suggest that you first test it on an unimportant machine.

Thank you SJamesS.
Seems that you are the only one able to provide a useful answer.
I also posted the same question in this forum long time ago, but did not receive a useful answer from Intel.
They always state that they will investige and post back which never happens.
Embarrassing!
