I am going to introduce one more hard drive and install RAID1 on my desktop. Intel® Rapid Storage Technology software is my favor since I don't want to reinstall system. But after studying the introduction, it seems the recent Intel chipset products are not in the valid production of this software. (From this page: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=20215&ProductFamily=Chipsets&ProductLine=Chipset+Software&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+Rapid+Storage+Technology&lang=eng http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=20215&ProductFamily=Chipsets&ProductLine=Chipset+Software&ProductProduct=Intel%C2%AE+Rapid+Storage+Technology&lang=eng)
Could any one tell if I can use this software? Are my chipsets being supported?
My hardware and software system: Mainboard == GA-H67MA-UD2H-B3, H67 Express chipset & IT8728 I/O controller, with Windows Server 2008 R2
Many thanks.
