Can't activate Smart Response for my system drive (0xA005005D)

Windows 7 64bit SP1, Intel Rapid ver 15.9.0.1015

 

Don't really know what else could I add, what information can be helpful.

I understand you are having problems with the activation of the "Smart Response", I apologize for any inconvenience.

 

 

Regarding this I was actually able to find a user guide that explains how it must be set up and enabled. Please refer to the following link:

Yeah, it seems I wan't clear enough.

0xA005005D is the error code that pops up that prevents me from activating the smart response.

Regarding this problem, to better assist you with your request, I will need to check some information about your computer. Please follow these steps:

 

 

1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.

 

2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.

 

3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop).

 

4. Attach the report to this thread.
