Can't install RST on Win 10 x64

I have a PC based on Gigabyte GA Z77-DS3H motherboard and tried to install Intel RST driver.

What version of the RST package are you attempting to use? I would suggest that you try version 14.8.16.1063, which can be downloaded from here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26759/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Intel-RST-User-Interface-and-Driver.
