Why did you install RST? Do you have RAID or Optane? If not, you do not need RST.

Did you have a backup?

Dear sir,

thank you for your feedback.

Actually, I just changed my windows and after that I downloaded my computer driver's from acer website and I am not familiar with RAID or Optane.I just want to have access to my HDD again and no I don't have any backups but being able to use it again is priority. Is there any way?

tnx, (sorry for bad english)

Hello LSea0,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

You might try the following:

Try to enter to Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) option ROM

You can access it by pressing Ctrl + i when the computer when your computer is posting once you get there:

  • Mark the drive as "Non-RAID".
  • Reboot your system.
  • Make sure you have a back up since your information can be lost.

Note: if the key combination Ctrl + i does not work to access Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) option ROM you might need to contact the system manufacturer to get the appropriate steps to access it.

Hello LSea0,

Thank you for your input.

I will recommend you to contact the system manufacturer of your computer since this key combination to access the  Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) option ROM can be different/customized depending on the manufacturer, once you get access to it followed the steps suggested.

Hope this helps.
