I accidently merge my disk drive with ssd and now disk drive is not showing. How to I undo that merging and restore my drives to Normal?

I have all my Data backed up and also had created windows recovery usb drive. I am using the predator helios 300 PH315-51 laptop. Please tell me what to do .

Wipe your system clean, install W10 1909 fresh, do not use or install RST, and restore your backup.
