All 5 drives are showing up in the ISSU report. Which one isn't showing up in RST? My guess is you are not seeing the GIGABYTE GP-ASM2NE6200TTTD, right?

Hi Scott,
Thanks for helping. Yes, your right!. But, I made a mistake in saying 1 drive is missing. It’s actually 2. The SSD doesn’t appear, but I wasn’t expecting it to. It’s one of the 6 tb Segate HDDs I’m concerned about.
A screen shot appears in the question details on the first post.
Why is that 1 drive missing in the RST Management page?

That I don't know. Post a capture from the RST tool and an updated report from the SSU. Also, there is a new tool that downloads from the Microsoft App store and is accessed from the Windows Start Menu. Have you tried that version?
