I have a problem I have been unable to solve since I received my PC. I have 5 drives. But one is missing in the Intel RST utility. How do I get it to display all my drives?

Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file (using the paperclip under the toolbar).

Thanks Al,

Can always count on the Auzie's to lend a hand! Here's the file.

All 5 drives are showing up in the ISSU report. Which one isn't showing up in RST? My guess is you are not seeing the GIGABYTE GP-ASM2NE6200TTTD, right?

Hi Scott,

Thanks for helping. Yes, your right!. But, I made a mistake in saying 1 drive is missing. It’s actually 2. The SSD doesn’t appear, but I wasn’t expecting it to. It’s one of the 6 tb Segate HDDs I’m concerned about.

A screen shot appears in the question details on the first post.

Why is that 1 drive missing in the RST Management page?

That I don't know. Post a capture from the RST tool and an updated report from the SSU. Also, there is a new tool that downloads from the Microsoft App store and is accessed from the Windows Start Menu. Have you tried that version?
