After system crash, whenever I try to create new RAID 1 volume, the system immediately crashes. When check event viewer it shows iastorui.exe as one of two faulting apps. the other is Windowsbase.ni.dll

Hello Mikenwt1,
Since you are unable to uninstall and reinstall the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) there isn't any other troubleshooting we can recommend other than reinstalling the OS.
In case this doesn't work, you may want to contact the system manufacturer (Asus), usually, motherboard manufacturers customize our components to their needs, and then they make the drivers fit their customizations.
