Thank you for your reply. I don't need to buy c600 series server motherboard, just because I bought ASUS C602 motherboard, but they didn't provide RSTe win10 driver. the latest one is win7.

Now I found the s2600co motherboard, downloaded his win10 rste driver, and successfully installed it.

After nearly 10 hours of initialization, only 18% was completed. I don't know if the efficiency of the C602 motherboard is so low or because the hard disk is too large? Can C602 chip hold 8tb hard disk to build RAID5?

Yes, it really can be this slow. I have a Z87 board, an Intel DZ87KLT-75K Desktop Board, that I used to create a 3-drive RAID5 array. It took two full days to initialize the array.
