Did you take a backup before experimenting?

Your 1TB drive is currently being used as a recovery drive for your 120GB SSD. You need to go into the Manage tab and remove the coupling of the two drives - essentially remove the array. Whether your SSD's contents (i.e. your Windows install) will survive this process is unclear.

BTW, you can also kill this array from within the BIOS.

Hope this helps,
