- Did the Alienware m16 R1 laptop came originally with either an Intel Optane SSD or RAID setup (if RAID, what RAID array type and what drives)?
- Upon inspection, we observed a single drive labeled "NVMe PC801 NVMe SK hynix 1TB". This drive does not appear to be an Intel Optane SSD nor is it configured in a RAID setup. Could you please confirm if the original SSD has been replaced with this SK Hynix model??
- Is the Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management software originally installed on your system?
