Greetings
Could You please tell me what Intel© Accelerated Storage Manager exactly is? Is it older version of iRST? Or iRST for X99 platform? [HEDT in genereral]. It was instaleld together with Intel MEi and Chipset driver, but it was constantly pumping up one thread to 100%, so I uninstalled it.
Please advise,
kind regards
Bryan

Hi DarkAvenger,
The Intel© Accelerated Storage Manager is the old name for the Intel® Smart Response Technology.
More information about this technology can be found https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/smart-response-technology.html here.
I hope this answers your question.
Best Regards,
Juan V.
