Intel® Driver & Support Assistant won't download the update available

Hi,

I downloaded the Intel Driver & Support Assistant to download the latest update for my computer. Something I haven't done in years. The problem is that it just won't download the files. When I click on the download button it then stays on 0% forever. I tried Chrome and Edge but the same thing happens on both browsers. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Assistant but I got the same problem again. For the other update that I had to do, I was able to find it and download it manually but for this one I just can't find it. Can somebody help me with this problem or tell me witch file I need to download manually in the download section? Here is a picture of the problem.

Thank you

Thik, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In reference to this scenario, you mentioned "I tried Chrome and Edge" do you have the option to test Firefox?

Then you can also try to clear the browser cache and then rescanning the Intel® DSA tool again and try to install the update.

Even though you mentioned that you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Intel® DSA, please make sure that you are using Intel® Driver & Support Assistant Uninstaller version 21.2.13.9:

Then, restart and install the latest Intel® Driver & Support Assistant tool version 21.2.13.9:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28425/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant

-If the issue remains, please provide the latest file from Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91...

-The latest Intel® Driver & Support Assistant Uninstaller log file: using File Explorer, search for DSAUninstaller.log

-The latest Intel® Driver & Support Assistant log files: using File Explorer: go to folder = C:\ProgramData\Intel\DSA, and zip the Log files or entire folder.

Note: Uncheck "Hide System Files" to see the AppData folder.

Now, in reference to the update being offered by the Intel® DSA tool, that update is related to the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology, which is an application released to create and manage a RAID configuration on your system, so just to confirm, do you have a RAID configuration on your computer?

Any questions, please let me know.
