Intel Optane MVMe SSD crashed

Hi Team,

I have an Asus ZenBook Flip 15 Q538E with a core i7 processor. During a system update, the laptop accidentally turned off, which caused Windows to crash. Now I am trying to reinstall a new version of Windows, but I am facing issues.

The SSD is visible in the BIOS; however, it does not show up during the Windows installation process. Instead, the laptop only gives me the boot flash drive option, prompting me to create a partition. I removed the SSD to try and format it externally, and while the laptop recognizes the SSD in Disk Management, I am unable to format it.

I have also tried changing the BIOS settings on the laptop but ended up with the same result.

Is it possible to format the NVMe SSD using an external SSD docking station?
Or any other ideas, please!
