Intel RST Error: This platform is not supported

I tried to install Intel RST version 15.8.0.8 and I got the "This platform is not supported" error.

• OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit
• Motherboard: MSI Z97-GD65 Gaming
• Processor: Intel Core i5-4670K
• IDE ATA/ATAP1 Controller: Intel(R) 9 Series Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller - 8C82

I have one SSD with my OS and two hard drives (one with data already on it and one new hard drive with nothing on it). I want to configure the two hard drives into a raid 1 array without losing the data on the hard drive with data already on it.

I need some help getting the Intel RST installed. Not sure if I need as different or if I'm doing something else wrong.

I tried to install version 13.1 but it says it requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5. I verified that I have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 though.
