Intel RST Service is not running - Starts and stops

Yesterday, after updating my Visual studio 2019 to professional edition then rebooting my win 10 box, I noticed that the machine was responding very slowly, then I discovered that Intel RST Service is not running, I went to services and started it several times as it stops after 30 seconds. I event viewer I have the following messages:
