Hello,
I've been using a new Acer notebook and the most annoying thing is the Intel RST. I've tried almost everything I could find, also, my issue is something near these posts:
https://forums.intel.com/s/question/0D50P00004ZN0tpSAD/sata-available-disk-removed?language=en_US
The factory setup is using a RAID array and well, my Windows is in the SSD (128gb) and my files is in the HDD (1tb). In normal use conditions the HDD keeps being removed and detected.
I need urgent help.
I'm attaching:
SystemReport.txt from Intel RST
Screenshots of the notifications
Intel logs
System Support Utility scans while the HDD is working and while it isn't.

LLope32, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
For this specific scenario, in order to try to fix this problem, we recommend following the steps showing in the link you gave us previously, those are the 2 options that we suggest to try for this matter:
https://forums.intel.com/s/question/0D50P00004ZN0tpSAD/sata-available-disk-removed
If the problem persists after trying those steps, based on the fact that the manufacturer of the computer has the option to do all kinds of customizations to their products, the next thing to do will be to get in contact directly with them so they can to provide further assistance on this matter:

Any questions, please let me know.
