We can't help you if you don't provide sufficient information regarding your system. What version of Intel RST is present in your BIOS? What O/S are you running (is it, for example, Windows 10 64-bit version 21H1)?
If you want to attempt this blindly, the latest release can be downloaded from here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/15667/intel-rapid-storage-technology-intel-rst-user-interface-and-driver.html?wapkw=intel%20rapid%20storage%20technology%20driver.

And what does a DXDIAG report have to do with the issue?
Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Here's a link to the download page for the version of RST supporting your chipset: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/15667/intel-rapid-storage-technology-intel-rst-user-interface-and-driver.html.
Hope this helps,
