I got problem that percentage of time the disk suddenly up to 100% from 0 and system stuck for few seconds in raid-1 configuration.
I have some questions about raid-1 operation mode, and how to trobleshooting my problem now.
1. How raid-1 work? what's the algorithm for Intel ?
many documents says different ways.
(a) Data write to source dirve, then copy to mirror dirve
Data read from source dirve only.
(b) Data write to source/mirror dirve in parallel
Data read from source dirve only.
(c) Data write to source dirve, then copy to mirror dirve
Data read from source or mirror dirve.
(d) something else...
2. How to know what source/mirror dirve is?
I can't find information in Intel Rapid Storage
3. The hard drive loading information in windows task manager respresent Source or Mirror dirve infomation or .....?
4. what happen if file corruption in source drive or mirror dirve ?
(1)file damage in both drive because Raid-1 fuction.
(2) file corruption in either source /mirror dirve only

Hello Jason_J_Chang, I just received an update on this matter.
While we are working on this topic, we just wanted to confirm, the SSU shows the model of the board being Supermicro / PIO-128R-W-HRTS-AI031, just to make sure, is that a Server board?

Jason_J_Chang, Thank you very much for your response.
In order for us to try to answer your questions, first, could you please confirm if the Supermicro / PIO-128R-W-HRTS-AI031 is a Server board?
Based on the SSU report, it seems to be a Server board, but we just wanted to make sure if that is the case. It is a very important information moving forward.

Jason_J_Chang, I just received an update on this matter.
After reviewing the case, we can confirm that actually, the tool being used is RSTe (Not RST), and the thing is that this technology is no longer supported. Additionally, you are using Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC OS, which is not listed as a validated Operating System for your board:
https://www.supermicro.com/support/resources/OS/X99.cfm
Based on that, what we recommended as the next thing to do, will be to get in contact directly with Suppermicro Support for further assistance on this topic, since from our side there is no support we can provide for this scenario:
