When I look at my Windows Event Log (see Attached), I am getting so many warnings saying "SMART Event Detected, Your disk drive is starting to degrade." I have only recently got the laptop and do not understand why this is coming up now.
Can someone here please help me?

Drives (hdd and sdd) can go bad at any time. Backup your data and replace the drive.

when I look at Event Viewer there is a certain error that concerns me...
Disk is starting to degrade. New SMART event detected.
why would my drive be degrading if this is a new pc?
