After performing an upgrade from Windows 7 Pro 64-bit to Windows 10, my RAID 10 volume (4 HDs) and both DVD drives are missing. The newest driver is installed (before and after upgrade) and the RST service is running, but the RAID volume does not show up under disk management, and likewise the two DVD drives do not show up. Everything looks normal in BIOS setup with all drives showing the same as before the upgrade. Any clue how to resolve this?? Mothereboard is ASUS Sabertooth with X58 Intel chipset, including ICH10R controller.

Hello, JoeHeck:
It's difficult to determine what the issue is and this is because the ICH10 controller you have does not support Windows® 10, at this stage it seems like you might be facing a hardware compatibility issue between the controller and Windows® 10. I also looked here for SATA drivers https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/SABERTOOTH_990FX/HelpDesk_Download/ SABERTOOTH 990FX | Motherboards | ASUS Global for this operating system, but the only available SATA drivers are for Windows 7 and below.
Regards,
Amy.
