I have a problem :

Product integration failure (freeze) occured ! Product: 'Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows'. Restarting.

in logs windows i see ..

What is happening here is that the new driver installation support in Windows 10 (for DCH drivers) is rejecting the version numbers that are used in the Intel driver package. This is because Intel used non-standard version number strings (they include an extra ".64" in the middle of the version number string to indicate that it is a 64-bit release). How Intel ever thought that they could get away with using non-standard version number strings I will never know.

So, what can you do about this? Well, you should look for a newer version of the package that you can use that doesn't have this versioning issue. If such a package does not exist, then you will need to contact Intel Customer Support directly, via phone, chat or email service, and open a ticket requesting that the driver installer be quickly fixed.
