I get the following failure on my DELL Vostro 5470 with Windows 10.

The laptop keeps restarting without getting past the DELL logo.

Stop code: system thread exception not handled

What failed: iaStor.sys

I did the diagnosis and all the hardware is OK.

Are you using RAID? Are you using Optane? If no to both, boot into Safe Mode and uninstall Intel RST completely. Dell has this annoying habit of installing this package even if it is not necessary.
