install RST error massage "This platform is not supported"

Hello I am taring to install update for my msi computer model PS42 8RB-059  rapid storage technology drivers and  I am geting error "This platform is not supported" attached is log file and file from Intel System Support Utility I downloaded install exe from MSI support page .

Can you help me please

It's deplorable that MSI cannot even get the board's SMBIOS structure properly setup (just saying).

 

Have you tried manually uninstalling the old version and then installing the new version? This won't affect an arrays that are running.

You really need to update your windows. You are on 1709, which is no longer supported.
