After translating your post I see that you are having problems with Intel® RST, in order to help you better, I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have on the computer. Steps to save the report:
- Run the utility.
- Click on "Scan" to get the scanned system.
- Once the scan is complete click on "next".
- Use the "save" option, save the report to your desktop.
- To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.
What is the version of Intel® RST that you are installing?
Was your system working properly with Intel® RST or this is the first time you install the software?
The was system working properly with Intel® RST . The problem occured after the update of the Windows 10 update,

I am looking into your system report I see that your system has an Intel(R) 7 Series/C216, I case of Intel® RST for Windows® 10 does not support the chipset on your system. if you require the use of Intel® RST I recommend to install as a supported operating system by HP.
