rapid storage technology Het product moet opnieuw worden opgestart

Bij het installeren van de rapid storage technology op een HP 6300 SFF krijg ik deze foutmelding. Ik heb het gehele register nagezocht op vermeldingen van de Rapid Store en niets gevonden. Ook in autorun is niets te vinden. Hoe kom ik van deze melding af. OS Windows 10 april update.

After translating your post I see that you are having problems with Intel® RST, in order to help you better, I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have on the computer. Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

 

Steps to save the report:
  1. Run the utility.
  2. Click on "Scan" to get the scanned system.
  3. Once the scan is complete click on "next".
  4. Use the "save" option, save the report to your desktop.
  5. To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.

 

What is the version of Intel® RST that you are installing?

 

 

Was your system working properly with Intel® RST or this is the first time you install the software?

The was system working properly with Intel® RST . The problem occured after the update of the Windows 10 update,

I am looking into your system report I see that your system has an Intel(R) 7 Series/C216, I case of Intel® RST for Windows® 10 does not support the chipset on your system. if you require the use of Intel® RST I recommend to install as a supported operating system by HP.
