how to remove a failed drive from the disk manager?
i replaced the failed drive and its rebuilding but still shows the old Unknown disk how to remove?

In Disk Management open Action and click on Refresh and then on Rescan Disks

We would like to have more information from your system, please run the following tool and attach the report generated:
Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU)
- Open the application, check the "Everything" box and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
