Hello,
I came over to open the program since I installed the "Intel chipset installer package" program, a message "An error occurred while running the application. If the problem persists restart the computer and try to reinstall the application. "I rebooted the computer and try to reinstall it, but neither do anything. I looked into "extra help" in the software error. "An unknown error occurred while running the application. If the problem persists, restart the computer and try to reinstall the application.
This error may be due to the following reasons:
■ Missing Components
■ Application damaged
■ Application unable to connect to the service
■ The application fails to start
Restart the computer and try to reinstall the application. "I tried to restart the service,
I then tried to uninstall, but impossible, yet the Intel uninstall its trigger with the progress bar and the program is always present. I ran a SFC / scan "no violation" and a chkdks nothing as well. How corrected this problem. Thanks for your help.

Could you please indicate what is the model of the computer or motherboard that you are using and the manufacturer of it?
And, what is the operating system installed?
It seems to me that this might be a driver corruption, so you might try cleaning the registry and then try to install/uninstall again.
