Access Intel Parallel Studio XE License with OneAPI Toolkit

hello, we need to acquire some additional Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for Fortran licenses.  Since this particular product is no longer available for purchase, is there a OneAPI suite we can purchase that would permit us to access older Parallel Studio licenses?

Yes, if you acquire the oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit with Intel Priority Support you will also have access to the older versions of components including the Intel Fortran Compiler.
