Cannot download oneAPI

I cannot download one API base toolkit :

Select operating system: WINDOWS

Select distribution: WEB and LOCAL

Nothing happens

tried Chrome, Explorer, Edge, cleared cache, history, resets, signed in, signed out, nothing works

Only available for download: LINUX APT Package Manager and below

Can someone@intel fix it? I see the problem appeared multiple times in the past
